  • Provide, operate, and improve APP_NAME features.
  • Sync your Mynd schedule with the dedicated Mynd calendar in Google Calendar.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
  • Communicate about updates and support.

3. Data Minimization and Storage

  • We store only what is necessary to provide the Service (e.g., event metadata, notes, goals, todos, and chat content you choose to save).
  • For Google Calendar sync, we store OAuth tokens, the Mynd calendar ID, Google event IDs, and sync state needed to keep the calendars consistent.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with subprocessors that help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, error monitoring), under agreements that require appropriate safeguards.

5. Security

We use industry‑standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest and limit employee access by role. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve our safeguards.

6. Your Choices

  • Request deletion by following the steps at APP_URL/legal/data-deletion or contacting us.
  • Export your content by contacting support.
